The LifeQube ® platform is point-of-care agnostic, meaning that most devices, with the correct setup, configuration and development, can send and receive information to and from the LifeQube® platform.  The Mobile Application which connects to the LifeQube platform aims to address information flows which are necessary for the sending and receiving of medically relevant information all parties within a healthcare network and consists of generic functionalities that can be adapted for each separate implementation and include (but not limited to):

Information Sent to the Data Repository via the clinic:

1)     Patient related information sent to the data repository to be incorporated into the E.H.R (Electronic Health Record)

a.     This includes patient enrollment and verification

2)     Geographical information

3)     Drug Utilization and Ordering

4)     Disease Morbidity and / or Diagnoses

5)     Financial information: Sales related information

6)     Stock Level updates

 

Information Sent to the Data Repository via the regional managers

1.     Outlet / clinic compliance surveys

Information / reports used by Regional Manager

1)     Summarized Electronic Patient Card – portion of the E.H.R that is relevant. Authorized access only

2)     Electronic Daily Patient Register – List of who attended the clinic and when

3)     Electronic Morbidity Summary Compliance Report for the local and country specific health ministries

4)     Electronic Receipt Book Compliance Report which contributes to the financial standing of the clinic

5)     Cash and Banking Register Compliance Report which contributes to the financial standing of the clinic

6)     Outlet Stock Compliance Report which indicates to the Stock Status of the Clinic

7)     Drug supply and requisition reports

8)     General outlet compliance survey reports performed by the clinic and peer review mechanisms
